Robotic workstation for polyurethane liner application

Turnkey delivery of a fully automated line for the robotic application of polyurethane sealant. The customer required an accurate 3D visualization to verify the robot’s realistic reach and adherence to a predetermined takt-time of the line. A complete simulation of the robotic line was prepared.

Single-purpose machines

Single-purpose machines are designed and manufactured for a specific, client-required application and are optimized for the clients' needs.

The solution of your assignment is carried out from functional analysis, through the design and construction of machine parts, software, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic drives, to the production and recovery of the equipment at the customer’s site, including training of operators and maintenance staff.

Engineering and design activities

Our design team at AMS-Novatech includes a group of highly skilled and experienced engineers who will design 100% of your machine before implementation, using 3D modelling software. During the design process, there will be a series of design revisions that will lead to the final result and the start of the production process.

We use the Autodesk Inventor CAD system to design our machines. For each application you request, a detailed simulation and technical solution will be provided.

    Electro projection

    The delivery of process control systems cannot be done without thorough pre-project and project preparation.

    Based on our customers' specifications, our engineers prepare a complete offer for the supply of electrical and mechanical parts of equipment and control systems for industrial automation.

    Complete documentation will be prepared in the required foreign language.

    High productivity of design work, competitiveness of technical solutions and adaptation to customer requirements are supported by the use of CAD technologies.

    We manufacture low voltage electrical switchboards up to 1000 V.

    We can design the switchboard and prepare a quotation according to the customer’s requirements. We also provide revision activities.

      Simulation processing

      Intelligent 3D simulation

      The use of state-of-the-art simulators, which simulate the movements of the robot itself and the application commands, significantly reduces the time to create new motion configurations and the entire workplace. For minimal impact on production, cells can be designed, tested and modified fully offline. With the help of 3D simulation, we are able to fine-tune the entire production process and bring the proposed solution to maximum efficiency.

      We use the Autodesk Inventor CAD system to design our machines. For each application you request, a detailed simulation and technical solution will be provided.
