VDS - Vibration Diagnostic System
In cooperation with a leading supplier of vibration sensors, we have developed our own vibrodiagnostic system.
The introduction of vibration analysis using VDS is a completely new approach to machine operation management, which increases reliability, reduces the number of unforeseen failures, sudden breakdowns, increases equipment lifetime, and reduces the cost of planned repairs by 50-60%.
The use of VDS in production provides the opportunity to switch to the maintenance of machines according to their actual technical condition, eliminates the need to replace functional parts of the machine, and reduces operating costs.
